Frequently asked questions

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at £3.95 on all orders, postage upgrades are available at checkout (Express £5.95 and Expedited £8.95)

Free delivery on all personalised cards and orders £50 and over.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days via 48 hour courier.

Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.

Will an invoice or paperwork be included in the package?

No paperwork will be sent within the parcel, perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue, unfortunately if this has entered production or been dispatched we will not be able to change the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Personalised / custom made / collectible products cannot be cancelled once these have entered production (contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error or wish to cancel your order).

Non personalised products may be cancelled if the order has not left the warehouse.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes we can offer discounts on bulk orders, please contact us to discuss further.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Yes, we offer gift wrap which is charged at £3.99 per product, this service is now available on over 4000 products.

I made a mistake on the personalisation?

If you notice you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the personalisation or cancel your order if this has already gone into production.

My item has the wrong personalisation/spelling mistake?

We will always personalise your gifts exactly as you’ve requested during the order process. If you receive your gift with different personalisation than what is shown in your confirmation email please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds/replacements for mistakes that are not on our part.

Can I personalise in a different language?

Our system supports only English text.

Can I use special characters or emojis?

Unfortunately, we cannot personalise special characters or emojis and these will be removed from the order details passed to us.

We cannot be held accountable for any removed symbols/characters or emojis that our system does not support (please double check your order confirmation email for any discrepancies).

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not deliver on bank holidays.

I have only received part of my order?

Orders with multiple items may be sent out separately depending on lead times, please contact us if in doubt and we can check for you.

I paid for Expedited delivery, and I haven’t received it yet?

Expedited delivery is available for orders received by 1pm, if you order after this time your order will be dispatched the following day (Mon-Fri inclusive, orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the upcoming Monday).

Please note that we will deliver your order Monday to Saturday.

My parcel has been returned to you, what can I do?

Personalised / Custom Made / Collectable items can not be returned and a redelivery charge of £3.95 will be applied to have this resent out to you.

Non personalised items will be refunded.

My order has arrived damaged

If your order has arrived damaged/faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery along with a photo of the product so we can look into issuing a refund/replacement.

If we require the item to be returned a prepaid label will be provided.

Do you accept returns?

Personalised / custom made / collectable items are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

Non personalised products can be returned within 14 days.
