We keep delivery simple — just one standard charge of £3.95 per order, with free delivery on all personalised cards and orders over £50.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product, cart, and checkout pages.
Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to ship internationally.

Sending gift directly
Every order is sent without receipts or order details, making it perfect for gifting directly to someone special.
Tracking you order
Your order will be sent with a fully trackable delivery service. You’ll receive tracking details in your dispatch email, and you can follow your delivery here. Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch.
Additional information
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive.
During busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.
Please note that not all upgraded delivery options are available for every product. The available options will be shown at checkout.
While we always aim to dispatch orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
