Personalised Bold Font Lighter

I have not seen the product yet as it was sent directly to my friend; however, he said it was nice and came in all the genuine packagingetc. I asked seller if she did gift wrap, she promptly responded, but she did not offer this service, I did ask if could get a picture of the item , as I wouldn't see it, but she said she couldn't do that either. promt services, the seller is responsive and posted the item ASAP. I'm giving it a 3 star because I feel that the seller could have easily sent me a picture.

A lovely item, well presented and packaged and quick delivery.

Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I ordered as a Christmas present for my partner and had a small issue through no fault of theirs however Emma was lovely and more than willing to go above and beyond to try and help me in any way possible. She's a lovely woman and really helpful, will be purchasing again in the future!
